While many companies will start out by telling you about all the years of experience they have in the business and how much they know, we cannot make the same claim. M.P.S Distributors is an extremely young company learning and developing along the way. Not to take away from any of our competitors, but we believe that gives us an edge.
The business of stone has changed drastically within the last two years a lot of the old ways of doing things no longer applies by today’s standards and we felt when starting M.P.S that we could bring something new to the table.
Our main focus is customer service and quality material at an affordable price. We work one on one with all of our suppliers and personally choose all the material that you will find in our warehouse. When customers come in to visit and take a look at material they will be met by an extremely courteous staff that will make their buying experience easy and fun.
Once a customer has chosen the material of their liking we make sure that the process after that goes as smooth as possible. We advise the fabricator or contractor of the material selected and then work out a schedule for delivery. Delivery time is extremely important to our clients, so we do our best to honor their schedule. This means that once order has been placed and a delivery time is picked the client can expect the stone that day without any excuses. We also if needed can rush orders, normally met within a 24-48 hour period or if in emergency cases same day.
